Refund policy

Build and review before paying.

You can assemble and generate your packet before purchasing. Payment unlocks the PDF and original-file archive downloads for that completed packet.

Technical problems

If payment succeeds but the downloads do not unlock, keep the builder tab open and contact us with the Stripe receipt identifier. Do not send evidence files, filenames, or confidential dispute information.

Refund requests

Refund requests for duplicate charges or a verified technical failure to receive the purchased download will be reviewed. Requests should be made promptly through the contact page and include the transaction identifier.

Completed downloads

Because the digital packet is generated from customer-selected files and made available immediately, refunds are generally not offered after successful access or download except where required by law.
